Who this class is for:

What is included:

  • You’ve tried to “start again” many times and it never sticks

  • You’re tired, inconsistent, or slow to recover from exercise

  • You feel defeated or wary around movement

  • You don’t want another bootcamp or rigid plan

  • You want to understand why your body resists — and how to work with it

  • 4 weekly small-group sessions (education + coaching + discussion)

  • Simple weekly movement assignments (5–10 minute minimums)

  • Physiology-based education (fuel, insulin resistance, recovery, nervous system)

  • Reflection prompts & tracking tools

And finally:

  • One private 1:1 coaching session in Week 5
    → to clarify next steps and build a sustainable plan

  • Small Group Sessions (up to 8 participants)

    Offered on Tuesdays Jan 27 - Feb 18

      • Evening session: 6:30-7:45pm

  • Location: In person, at my office

    • 3018 Oakland Drive (across for Water Street Coffee Joint on Oakland Drive)

      Medical note: This program contains educational coaching and is not considered medical treatment. Please seek approval from you primary care practitioner if you are unsure about starting an exercise program or if you have injuries.

  • Do I need to already be exercising? No. This program meets you where you are. Even if you are tired and not motivated.

  • Is this a fitness class? We will not be “working out” together in class but you will have movement assignments outside of class.

  • Can I continue working with you afterward? Yes. If you complete the class and the subsequent (included) 1:1 coaching you may choose to continue with intermittent coaching.

  • Is there a refund policy? You can receive a refund until one week before class starts.

  • What if I miss a class? - You can email me for the content that you missed and I’ll provide it to you.

Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here—your questions, your hopes, your turning points—and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
